All scrap arriving at our plant is fastidiously tracked from the moment it arrives at our Florida facility. When your scrap shipment arrives it is carefully weighed, inventoried and logged into our central control system, allowing it to be precisely tracked through every phase of the refining process. An immediate phone fax or e-mail confirmation of your shipment's arrival is standard.

The types of recovery processes used on your shipment are a function of the type of scrap and its precious metal content. Metallic scrap is melted, homogenized and multiple-sampled. Recovery-system elements, sweeps and solids are incinerated, de-magnetized, milled, blended and likewise multiple sampled.

Each sample is assayed in triplicate, utilizing ICP plasma-emission spectrometric analysis, accurate to within one part per million, ensuring precision assay every time, and giving you peace of mind that a complete return and accountability provides.

The bottom line: You are paid for what you sent us, in its entirety, without excuses or delays.
