Public Works Administration is charged with the expenditures for all general administrative direction of all Public Works Department services including Building Maintenance, Collection & Disposal, Streets (sidewalks/drains), Traffic Control, Transit System, Parking Facilities, Street Lighting, Parks, Cemeteries and Garage.

 OBJECTIVES.

• Respond to citizen complaints in a timely fashion. 
• Analyze information to pinpoint those areas of operation which need improvement. 
• Provide citizen liaison with field divisions via telephone contact. 
• Develop effective communiqué for public information. 
• Coordinate with other departments/divisions to improve City appearance and reduce operating costs.
